State and Local affiliates are chartered
groupings of Socialist Party USA members. Each affiliate must maintain
an executive committee and operate under the SP USA constitution.
Our affiliates are our representatives in their areas and an important
party of our national work.
The Party also charters Commissions, which
represent the national organization within social movements.
